We tried the store bought cabinet locks and thought they stunk (it probably is due in part to the hardware on our cabinet doors). Not only could we pull them off, but so could our son, Tyler. We're big fans of the rubberbands. So far he hasn't figured out how to pull them off (18 months old) and they're entertaining for him to play with. At least one of our fixes has been cheap and easy!
