She must have seen the price of the vanilla wafers!

It's ok Trixie all that low-carb hype overwhelms and intimidates the best of us. Just enjoy the ride.

Or she remembered you forgot the coupons at home

I hope she isn't too cranky about not being able to walk with you. It was great to see her walking around and climbing steps this weekend. She is still so cute despite the crying.

I too think the Super Target is just too big! Keir has mastered the art of screaming loud enough in this store for us to let him run through the aisles--fortunately, he is really good at catching himself when he falls flat!

If that's not a look of sheer existential horror - of angst in its purest state - I don't know what is. Trixie is horrified by the consumerism - she hasn't recovered from the stroll down the cereal aisle yet.

Poor Trixie! I agree that the store is just too big - Super Target does that to me too! I feel lost in there. Or perhaps she is overwhelmed by the sheer abundance of processed foods.

Oh, how I love Super Target! I can get all of my shopping done in one store, which means only one entry/exit to the car seat for Maddie. Only one time do I have to deal with little miss stiff as a board! Tip of the day: bribery. I have a pocketful of goldfish crackers, raisins, rice cakes...and feed them to her as I shop, one by one. It's a little Hansel and Gretel-ish when you see the trail of crumbs, but it keeps her fairly happy and I get the shopping done with little misery.

I think Trixie's upset because she knows they don't have Super Target's in Canada.

I'm so jealous of that 'one-stop shop' it looks so nice (from what I can see) and am so glad to know that there are other's dealing with 'little miss stiff as a board!'.

My grandmother said I did this when I was that age - I would scream bloody murder as we shopped (there was no one to keep me while she shopped so I tormented everyone in the store). To this day, I hate shopping ;)
