I like this. Political without being overtly so. I wondered whether TTU would continue to be apolitical.

If you don't want Trixie waking up at 5:30 (perhaps this is not a problem for you -- so shut my mouth) she might be just about ready to give up morning nap (mine did at about Trixie's age).
Afternoon naps tend to get slightly longer at that point but usually not interfering with bedtime.
