She looks SO happy! I can't wait to get the kidlet in a swing - unfortunately, NONE of the parks I've visited so far have one. What's with that?

When I babysat a while back the little 2 year old boy was so shy he wouldn't talk. So I got him out of that by pushing him on the swing. I pushed him slowly asking if he wanted to go higher but I did not respond to a nod. I told him he had to say it. Then he whispered "higher" No that wont do you have to say it loud. It was so cute! He didn't know how to say many words but man did I teach him to say Higher with confidence!

anyway, Trixie looks like shes about to start shouting that at you any second. This pic brings back so many memories!

I still remember when I first learned to "pump" on my own. Good times!

Nice to see park and swing pictures during January. We are getting dumped with snow almost every week and cant wait for spring so that we can take our twins to the park. Enjoy NC weather!
