TTU locals: If you're like me and the last time you went to the Museum of Life and Science in Durham was around 1990, then it's time to go back. It's a lot cooler now.

Haha, she looks like she's starring in a music video. She needs a Marilyn Monroe dress! Posted by: Valerie at March 28, 2005 12:05 AM

on your venture to the museum of life and science, were you able to check out the butterfly house? That butterfly house is pretty cool! Posted by: Rose at March 28, 2005 12:06 AM

She looks like she's getting ready to do a little tap dance. Except in tennis shoes. :-) Glad she (and you!) enjoyed the museum! Posted by: Kelli at March 28, 2005 09:45 AM

Looks like she's a magician! Wish we had a groovy museum like that around here! Just might have to hop a plane to find one! Posted by: Judy at March 28, 2005 10:56 AM

That's an aweseome picture! I can't wait to take my kid to a science museum, but she probably won't be old enough to enjoy it for another year. Posted by: Jamie at March 28, 2005 12:33 PM

This place is great! For those of us who are Durham Co residents, it's FREE on Wednesday afternoons, so it's like one big Durham play group then. Great picture and fantastic use of light! Posted by: MT at March 28, 2005 01:26 PM

We had a lot of fun on the tornado machine when we were there (I'm terrified of tornados so it was good to see one so calm and peaceful). Sagan liked the butterfly house too (we got a picture of him holding one), but his absolute number one favorite part was the jungle gym (he has an awful lot of energy).
