Is the Holy Roman Empire expanding? I hadn't heard any news of it before...
I am also curious to see the reasoning behind those rocks. They definetly are nice though.
They are either creating an earthworks installation piece like Spiral Jetty, or they are building a way for water to drain better out of the low lying area. But I like the idea of the Roman Empire expanding too.
