Trixie SMASH!!!
Anyone who knows me knows there's nothing I like better than a gigantic pile of rubble. Needless to say, I'm extremely pleased with the current state of the backyard.

is rubble jumping to trixie like puddle jumping was to me as a kid? On an unrelated note, I wondered if you could share how you do the "One Year Ago Today" thing. I'm also a Movable Type user and would love to include that kind of feature (with full credit as to where I got the idea of course...) Posted by: hilary at August 19, 2005 01:23 AM

She looks like she is having a blast jumping on those rocks. Who needs trampolines anymore ;-) Posted by: Amy at August 19, 2005 06:48 AM

ah... I see she's not out of the "stone age." LOL Looks like lots of fun. And Ben we know you had a moment when you put the camera down and jumped up and down on them yourself! :) Posted by: Jessica at August 19, 2005 09:17 AM

How fun! And, what a relief that must be for you, Ben, and a good feeling to know that Trixie shares the same love for rubble as you do. I'm sure you lay away at night wondering about all the important things in life like that. :) Posted by: lori at August 19, 2005 11:25 AM

Funny you mention the rubble.... in a previous picture i noticed the huge tracks left behind by what could only have been a heavy piece machinery. I found myself thinking that it was your kind of landscaping. Now only if there was a traffic cone involved ;-) Posted by: alicia at August 19, 2005 03:31 PM

When I was young, I used to do that with puddles, and I loved it. Even though I can't see her face in the photo, I bet she is absolutely enjoying herself there. Posted by: Rose at August 21, 2005 02:21 PM

Give Trixie a guitar because she looks like she's rocking out....stupid pun intended I can't help it sometimes. But I always thought Trixie was so punk! Posted by: Nina at August 23, 2005 01:12 PM
