hey, we have that hat! I love that it folds up (like a car sunshade) in to a small disk. My daughter wore hers all over Colorado this summer.

REQUEST: could you please tell us about Trixie's potty training experience? I need advice!

Moxie: I appreciate you asking, but I don't think I'm going to write about any more diaper/potty experiences. It's one of the few areas that I think may cause Trixie concern as she gets older. It was easy enough to talk about when she was a baby, but now she's a real person with a personality that (seems to) develop every day. I feel like I would need her permission, and she's not in the position to give it.

Having said that, I will add that I don't have any special tricks. (Although we did use a lot of incentives: tattoos, big girl underpants, M&Ms) Good luck with it. Thanks for understanding :)

Elain: I agree, but it's a matter of time. I'm totally swamped getting ready for the launch of trixietracker.com and I barely have time to sleep. Despite the tight schedule, I'm going to keep doing the TPODs. Thanks for visiting despite the lack of stories:) I hope to post some new ones after the launch.

Ben
hooray for you. i totally agree with not posting such stories!!! trixie is not a "truman" for all of us to watch and demand information from...you are a good daddy and i know you never thought in a million years that TTU would be this popular!! you do not owe us ANYTHING. She is your child and I say good for you for being in charge truly thinking of her and her feelings about all this.

Gees ben, the way you talk about the no sleep thing it sounds like the trixietracker is another baby. Maybe you could blog the making of it. I'm sorry about the no sleep thing tho but man that thing is such a brilliant idea and I know you're going to make huge amounts of cash with it. Keep up the good work! Way to go! I'd give ya lots of caffine if I could.
