Katy (and the rest of you) must be relieved at the timing of all this -- AFTER the wedding!
I think it was before the wedding. Ben said in the 10/18 TPOD that it had happened 5 days before, and at the bottom it says that the picture was taken the day after the wedding.
Chin was before wedding, lip after. You can see it in the flower girl pic.
