Give me the baby
Trixie's new cousin, Baby Roma, is one of the sweetest, cutest babies I've seen. I can't imagine what's got her so scared in this picture.
Photo taken October 24th, 2005.

Liam has those same jammies that Baby Roma has! I seem to recall Trixie having them too!

Well, speaking of what's scaring baby, seems to me she's looking straight at the person taking the picture....how many goldfish are YOU holding?

Wow, Trixie looks so grown up. The look on her face is so "adult".

So how old is Roma? She looks around 2 months old or so.....

Excellent picture - brought a smile to my face even though it is a Monday - quite a feat! To echo the sentiments expressed so frequently above - their expressions are SO adorable.

Speaking of seeming more adult-like ... I would love to hear how Trixie is responding now to the TU and TPODs. Does she understand the ramifications of what you've done with her life to this point? What's her response? Does she even care? (OK, so these questions might be more relevant 2, 5 and 10 years from now... but I'm just really curious.)

This reminds me of my cousins when they first met my son...."I wanna hold him!!! I wanna hold him!!" I love how much kids love babies! I'm sure Trixie felt like such a big girl when she got to hold Roma. Both are adorable!

Jeff: We are just now coming out of a period where she wasn't that into the TPODs. She didn't object to them; she just didn't get that excited about them. (She liked today's TPOD a lot)

Of more interest to her is her name. They've been working on that at school and she likes to point it out. The "Trixie Update" logo is OK, but she really likes the Trixie Tracker logo. Whenever she sees me working on the app, she'll run up, try to jab at the logo and say "that's me!!"

Does this make you wanna have another baby? Trixie looks like she would be a big helper.

Must say that this thumbnail cracks me up every time I look at it no matter how many times I look at it. It's like a promo for a scary B movie. And being the mama of a bug-eyed babe myself, I have a certain fondness for this particular gaze. Hilarious.

My daughter had that sleeper, too. I remember fondly logging in and playing the "Sabrina has that outfit, too!" game back when Miss Trix and my Little one were infants!
