So is Trixie really understanding the Christmas concept for the first time this year... must be exciting. Posted by: Dave at December 5, 2005 12:59 AM

Nice...I notice most of the toddler (AKA unbreakable) ornaments are at the bottom. Smart thinking. We are getting our tree tonight. Is that real or artificial??? We are getting a real one for the first time this year. My youngest is old enough to handle it, we think. We don't know yet. Did you let her put the star/angel on top? Happy Holidays, Miss Trix! What an interesting shot. I love the way the color is dancing around in the window. Almost like a portal to another world. What does Trixie think of the tree? Posted by: Rob at December 5, 2005 09:52 AM

It is a real tree, for sure. This year we put ours on a dresser, away from little hands/mouths (Big Sister is old enough to understand but Baby Brother... no way, he's barely 8 months old AND teething). OH, and I LOVE those trendy sneakers. Posted by: megumi at December 5, 2005 10:11 AM

Trixie's hair is getting so long. Love the tree. What is Trixie asking Santa for this year? Posted by: Colleen at December 5, 2005 10:20 AM

Yep, it's a real tree. And pretty much everything is unbreakable. We bought a bucket of unbreakable stuff from target last year and it worked out pretty well. Trixie likes the tree a lot. Her teacher told me today that Trixie was talking about how pretty is was :) I'm not sure what she wants yet. I'll ask her. Posted by: benmac at December 5, 2005 07:19 PM

She looks like she is hard at work on a letter to a certain rotund, older fella. Cute, cute, cute! Posted by: Judy at December 5, 2005 08:17 PM

Well hell yea-it's a real tree. Bettcha that smells real good too! Is Trixie drawing a picture of it to send to the grandparents? Posted by: Debi at December 5, 2005 11:38 PM

Hey, I think that table and chair set may have a recall on it. We have what looks like that same set... got it a year or two ago... and the chairs have been recalled because they do not always lock in place. On the recall it says that it has lacerated and amputated fingers. Just giving you a heads up. You may want to really check the chairs before she sits in them to see if they are locked. Yep. We've heard of the recall, too. We check the locks and don't let Trixie play around with them. Thanks for looking out for us. Posted by: jen/mom at December 11, 2005 03:45 PM
