Oh my... Some of your photographs have such a quality about them. Lovely. A bit like Andrew Wyeth here. (I think someone said that before!) A photograph like this one tells it's own story.
Very cool picture. My favorite part is that it looks like you can actually see out the back window in the mirror's reflection. Is that right?
Also want to comment on how clean the place looks-- i think it lends itself to the calm atmosphere of the shot. May not be reality but i see this picture and want to take a deep cleansing breath after everything has been set right over the weekend!

I was going to comment last night on how clean it was compared to... well, other times! But i didn't want to seem rude even thought that wasn't my intention! I definitely did notice that, though. It's great!
She seems quite grown-up here, ready to head out the door to school.
I'll send a few warm days your way - we've been in the 70's and 80's here since Christmas (and without rain for longer, which is making all these scary grass fires around here!).
It almost seems to have a whole theme to it.Artistically it has a feel of going to school is opening a mysterious door to a new stage of life.Or am I just seeing too much into the shot?
It seems more like "where did the summer go?" to me.

It looks like such a pretty day....funny how the sun can trick you into thinking that just because it's shining that it's warm! I found this article and thought of you. Funny how working moms get the opposite feedback....that they should be at home with the kids! You're doing such a good job and Trixie is going to benefit from spending so much time with you compared to other kids and their dads.
