that chair looks slightly big for teeny little Trixie, but at the same time oh-so-fun... is that Jen's hair in the foreground? Posted by: mfk at March 9, 2006 12:23 AM

I had a Trixie sighting today! I saw her and had that "I know you from somewhere" feeling. Of course I respected her privacy and went about my business with my children but I do have to say she is even cuter in person! I'll be leaving the triangle in a few weeks for the midwest. I'm glad I'll have this website to remind me of all the wonderful things here that I used to do with my kids. Thanks! Posted by: momof4 at March 9, 2006 01:17 PM

Really? I haven't even seen Trixie today! (She spent the night at her grandparents :) Posted by: benmac at March 9, 2006 01:21 PM

benmac: I figured she was with her grandma. My third child is just a few months older then Trixie, that is why I enjoy your site so much. Seeing her today, at my 2 1/2 year old's favorite hangout, confirmed how similiar our two-year old's interests are. Posted by: momof4 at March 9, 2006 01:55 PM

Well, it was very thoughtful of you to think of our privacy, but I'm always happy to say hello to readers out in the wild. It's happened about 4 or 5 times, and everyone is always so nice. However, I'm not sure what my Mom would have done. Actually, I do. If you had said hello, I think she'd probably still be talking to you right now. And maybe a few hours more ;) Posted by: benmac at March 9, 2006 02:06 PM

It's nice to have grandmas and grandpas around, my children's grandparents are in the New England area. I should have started talking to your mom, maybe she would have taken the baby from me and given me a well deserved arm-brake! My husband has been out of town for months at his new job, being a "single" mom of four is tough...thankfully my "sentence" is almost over :) Posted by: momof4 at March 9, 2006 02:16 PM

This makes me miss the Children's Museum in Houston! We loved this part of the exhibit! Did she go up and down in it? Posted by: Judy at March 9, 2006 03:21 PM
