Thank goodness you never have to outgrow sitting around in your underwear eating macaroni and cheese out of the pot.

She sits to eat mac and cheese? When I make it (which is QUITE often), the boys stand at the stove and want to eat it RIGHT THEN! Rare is the time they don't get at least a bite before the "real meal" starts! Posted by: Judy at June 27, 2006 08:57 AM

We also love mac&cheese out of a box, but prefer to cut up ham or hot dogs and mix it in.(ps I thought I was the only one who ate it right out of the pan) Posted by: Papa at June 27, 2006 09:21 AM

Is that Spongebob Macaroni? Macaroni is a staple in our house, we never let it run out. Yum yum! Posted by: Jennifer C. at June 27, 2006 09:41 AM

I do believe they are Arthur noodles, ala "Annie's" organic homegrown variety, the only stuff my girlie gets.....Go Trixie with that yummy organic mac n cheese! I'm glad I'm not the only one who opts to strip my daughter down for mealtime ;) Posted by: Amy at June 27, 2006 11:37 AM

Don't get the wheat macaroni though. That stuff is chewy and Colum* won't touch it. *(Who, by the way, will eat dirt or green peas he's hidden away for days and which have hardened.) Posted by: John (Colum's Dad) at June 27, 2006 12:31 PM

Are you sure this isn't Trixie sleeping over at her Grandmom Beck-Becks? Oh how I wish I could hear her reaction to this photo! I love it. Isn't this really how life is 95% of the time? Perfect. Posted by: LizB. at June 27, 2006 12:57 PM

Amy gets the prize! It is Arthur mac n cheese. We don't normally strip her for dinner time. This is after dinner, and she was just about ready to get in the bath when she decided she wanted more :) Posted by: benmac at June 27, 2006 01:02 PM

Ah, Arthur. How could I not recognize that funky headshape? Around here we like to poison our children with Kraft. ;-). Posted by: Jennifer C. at June 27, 2006 02:56 PM

Umm . . . benmac, not to be petty or anything, but shouldn't *I* get the prize? I was, I believe, the first one to point out that they were Arthur noodles. Amy merely copied me and added the tie in for Annie's. I thought it went w/o saying that Arthur noodles are Annie's. And I'm surprised that you buy Annie's, I figured you as a Kraft man all the way. My bad!!!! I got plenty of sleep last night and everything. No excuse. Well, everyone should know that Hannah did post it first. (And that she is a good writer.) And, I am a Kraft man. I don't know where Jennifer bought the stuff :) Posted by: benmac at June 27, 2006 11:15 PM

Hehe, I did a search for "Arthur mac n cheese" since I don't know what it is exactly, and this TPOD is the first result Google gives you. Go figure! Posted by: Diana at July 3, 2006 10:18 PM
