No more big wheels
Trixie got an awesome bike for her birthday. And tonight she rode it all the way around the block. Her biggest problem is that she wants to look down instead of ahead. But after a hitting a few garbage cans, she's doing a better job of watching the road. (Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!)

Go Trixie Go! Just barely 3 years old and she's showing what cool big things she can do.

Why, oh WHY am I tempted to make a snarky comment along the lines of "...Women drivers..."? Why do I have these urges? It's not right. I didn't ask to be born with a snarky streak. I just got lucky, i suppose.

Are there any "birthday" pix for us to view? Glad she had a great day.

Patti, it's not women drivers -- Colum has the same problem looking where he's going. And, now that I think about it, Colum doesn't look where he's going when he's walking.

Bet it won't be long before the training wheels come off. Specially if she sees other kids without them!!!

Nice bike Trixe, you look good on it.

Happy birthday, Trixie, and all the best for the year to come! I've enjoyed following along as you grow. And Ben, I've enjoyed your photography and sense of humor, too -- really, not that many blogs about someone else's kid are this interesting! Thanks for all the hard work, and for Trixie Tracker too.

Is there a word for, upon discovering a blog you love, going back to its start and compulsively reading every single word? (Blogstorming? Thoroughblog?) I do it infrequently; TTU was one of my first.
