We're still down at the American Tobacco Historic District. Trixie loves playing with the water.

yeh we'd better make the most of them while they last. I love the angle on this pic. Very creative. Posted by: Nat at September 13, 2006 05:55 AM

Though I'm one of your biggest fans from the beginning, I can only guess how excited you may be to suddenly reclaim so much time in your day just to enjoy Trixie and your lives, rather than update about her. (I seem to recall one of the reasons you started this was so Jen wouldn't miss anything new in Trixie's babyhood while at work.) And I, having typed police reports for a living for awhile, was starting to worry as Trixie gets older. There are just too many scary freaks out there and they might start writing here, too. No need to waste even a second with that potential worry. As mom to a 32-year-old wonderful son and daughter-in-law who cannot have children and therefore I'll never be a grandmother, I certainly enjoyed watching Trixie grow. Thanks to you three for sharing these years. Have a great life! Posted by: jj at September 13, 2006 05:57 AM

Benmac, thanks for weaning us gently. I love the angles of this shot. The "bonus" days are keeping me smiling. Posted by: Sylv at September 13, 2006 07:00 AM

And extra bonus- clicking 2 years back took me to Carbonation--one of my favorite TPODs. Posted by: Sylv at September 13, 2006 07:04 AM

I have a concrete stream by my house too but we call it the gutter. So much fun we have when the guy down the street washes his car. I will miss these pictures good luck to you Posted by: Cee at September 13, 2006 11:37 AM

Reminds me of the Princess Diana Water Memorial in London - when it works that is! Thanks BenMac for the last few photos of Trixie...I'm wondering if Trixie is now being recognised when she is out and about and whether this is part your decision to finish the photos? It will be an awful wrench to leave this site, but it really has been a pleasure for the last 18mths to follow Trixie's development.Best wishes xxxxxx Posted by: Scottish Mummy at September 13, 2006 06:00 PM
