They are sprinkles! It's snow ice cream. Trixie ate about 5 bowl-fulls. I had to intervene when she starting scooping snow that had dirt mixed in it.

In this case we only added sprinkles. However, you can also add a few drops of vanilla, a splash of milk and a pinch of sugar if you want to go all out.
